Third Eleven Wicket Keeping Andrew Silsby 1 stumping & 1 catch With only three wins - the most recent on July 21st against eventual champions Finedon, it was a constant struggle, with runs proving hard to come by, especially in the latter part of the season. However, Rushton's resignation means there will be no relegation this season and Desborough Town will be stepping up to fill the Premier void. Final analysis: Won 3: lost 15: drawn 1: rain affected 2.
With Old Grammarians winning at home to Horton 2nds (Horton 48 all out - O.G's 51 for 0) and rain preventing any play at Wollaston, a third place finish in division three and no promotion was the final outcome for the Seconds. A great season - so close...........! Final analysis: Won 14: lost 5: rain affected 3. With their season finishing as it began - rained off, the Thirds finished in a creditable seventh place in division nine. It was a difficult season with the lack of available personnel being the main problem - borne out by the fact that 33 players played at least one game during the season. Final analysis: Won 7: lost 9: rain affected 2 Premier Division

NEW CLUB RECORD Andy Luck and Paul Jones pictured after setting a new club batting partnership in the game against Wellingborough 3rds on August 4th. Openers Andy and Paul amassed an unbeaten 210 in just 29.1 overs to take the Third Team to a ten wicket win. It is a club record for any wicket including all three WCC teams - beating the previous best of 196 set by Matthew Jones (son of Paul) and Darren King, for the First Team in 1996 at Overstone. Andy struck 20 fours in his 107 not out while Paul's 62 not included ten boundaries. Their achievement came just one week later than the 170 they accrued for the first wicket against St. Crispin Rylands in which Paul made 79 and Andy 66. Paul, who is a "one-club" man, made his league debut for Wollaston as a fifteen year old in 1968. Since then, mainly as an opening bat he has gone on to amass over 16,000 runs (including this year's total of 446) and his tally of 794 in 1981 is still a Wollaston club record.
OLLY STONE - WOLLASTON CLUB NUMBER 168, MAKES HIS ENGLAND ODI DEBUT Olly made his Wollaston debut in 2013 and has taken nine wickets for the club at an average of 22.33 with a best of 5 for 57 in the victory against Peterborough. He also made an unbeaten 132 not out against Oundle.
He received his England cap prior to the first Sri Lanka v England ODI on October 10th at Dambulla which was washed out after 15 overs, but got a part of the action in the second One Dayer when he took 1 for 23 off 6 overs and made 9 not out in a 24 run last wicket stand with Adil Rashid. He remained wicket-less after his three over spell in the 3rd ODI where England went 2-0 up in the five match series.
